If something has defined Desperados in our time in the neighbourhood that probably is a sense of global inspiration. You can see it in our iconic and authentic Peri Peri Sauce, as well in our burger menu which chooses to reflect the different recipes across the world. Our menu isn’t defined by a single country or a single inspiration; rather with time, we have made our best efforts to integrate as many flavours and spices possible into our food.
